Exclusivity means we'd be the only music licensing company you'd be working with; non-exclusive means that you can work with other music licensing companies.

The split for a non-exclusive deal is 75/25 our favor on licensing fees, 50/50 with your publisher (backend); you keep 100% of the rights and writer splits (backend).
