Our royalty statements are reported and paid out biannually and are generated once the $25 threshold has been reached.
Statements are issued in February and August each year for payments received during the previous two quarters:
- August covers payments received in Q1 and Q2 of the same year
- February covers payments received in Q3 and Q4 of the previous year
Sync and partner reporting works differently than distribution platforms with daily or near-real-time stats. Most clients and partners report quarterly or annually, so we do not have real-time visibility into activity and earnings.
If Audiosocket lands a major or noteworthy placement, we aim to share that news as soon as we hear. Otherwise, activity and earnings are reflected through the normal reporting cycle.
After statements are sent, there is a short window for artists to update payment details before payments are processed.
At this time, you should not expect to see full historical licensing stats or previous statements in the portal yet.
